About

About me.

I’ve struggled with eczema for years, and for the longest time, I thought it was just about dry or sensitive skin. It wasn’t until about a year ago that I learned the real cause ran much deeper—an imbalance inside my body.

For years, Physiogel cream was like my best friend. It helped soothe the flares and dryness, but it never truly healed me. No matter how much I moisturized, the itch always came back. Eventually, I realized it wasn’t just about my skin—it was my gut health, histamine intolerance, and sensitivity to salicylates (which are hidden in so many fruits and vegetables) that were driving it.

Things only started to change when I switched to a simple, low-histamine and low-salicylate diet. Slowly, my skin began to calm down, the itching eased, and for the first time in years, I felt like my body was actually healing from the inside out.

About me.

As a Muslim, daily recitation of the Quran, dua, and adzkar, combined with a low-histamine, low-salicylate, low-amine, and low-glutamate diet, has significantly improved my condition. I hope you’ll find my sharing beneficial too. May your eczema be healed as well!
