Sahih Muslim
‘A’isha reported that when any of the members of the household fell ill Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) used to blow over him by reciting Mu’awwidhatan (الْمُعَوِّذَات), and when he suffered from illness of which he died I used to blow over him and rubbed his body with his hand for his hand had greater healing power than my hand.

The messenger taught a sahabi, Uthman bin Abul ‘As a dua that is powerful enough to make his pain be lifted by Allah(azza wajal).
Uthman b. Abul ‘As said he complained to God’s messenger of a pain he had in his body, and he told him to put his hand on the part of his body which was sore and say three times “In the name of God,” and seven times, “I seek refuge in God’s might and power from the evil of what I am experiencing and trying to avert.” He said he did so, and God removed his trouble.
